At Arch Designs Alpha, we provide professional architectural, design, and consulting services that involve significant time, expertise, coordination, and upfront resource allocation. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.
By engaging our services, submitting payment, or entering into an agreement with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

All payments made to Arch Designs Alpha are non-refundable in cases of change of mind, including but not limited to:

• Deciding not to proceed with the project after payment
• Changes in personal, financial, or business circumstances
• Delays caused by third parties, authorities, or clients
• Project cancellation initiated by the client without fault of Arch Designs Alpha

Non-Refundable Fees

The following payments are strictly non-refundable:

• Initial onboarding or deposit payments
• Payments for work already completed or in progress
• Payments covering consultations, drafting, design development, coordination, reviews, or revisions
• Payments made after delivery of any drawings, documents, calculations, or design materials (including draft or preliminary versions)

Refunds for Non-Performance

A refund may be considered only if:

• Arch Designs Alpha is unable to commence the agreed scope of work.
• No services, drawings, consultations, or deliverables have been provided

Any approved refund under this clause will be limited to the unused portion of the fee, at the sole discretion of Arch Designs Alpha.

Permit, Approval & Third-Party Outcomes

We do not guarantee approvals, permits, or decisions from any authority having jurisdiction (AHJ), municipality, or third party. Refunds will not be issued for:

• Permit delays
• Requests for revisions by building departments
• Changes in codes, zoning, or regulations
• Contractor pricing, scheduling, or availability issues

Revisions & Scope Changes

Requested revisions, additional services, or scope changes are not grounds for a refund. Any work outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services immediately.
• Provide documentation to the payment processor to contest the chargeback.
